District office rooms are available for meeting space with five days prior notice. Please follow the internal request for room reservations below if you are in need of room use.
- Check availability on the District Office Room Reservations Calendar
- Complete the request Form below
- Your reservation will be confirmed via Calendar invite
- Submit a support ticket to firstname.lastname@example.org if your event requires any technology set up
All requests must be made prior to five days to your event.
Specific room set up maps must be uploaded with the room request Form.
