    Students and staff return in person with full time instruction provided in a classroom setting. This model will be available when it is safe to return to in person learning.

    Brick and Mortar

Preschool - Grade 5

  • Students and staff return in person with full time instruction provided in a classroom setting.

    • MUSD Prevention Protocols
    • Regular daily schedule
    • Every student in grades K-5 will be assigned a dedicated device
    • Preschool and Elementary Cohorts:
      • Meals in the classroom
      • Recess / PE outside
      • Art and Music classes for every student
    • Social and emotional instruction and support
    • Services and accommodations will be provided (ie. Gifted and Exceptional Student Services, English Language Learners)
    • Extended day programs (Copa Kids / 21st Century / Boys and Girls Club) will continue to operate at designated locations

Grades 6-12

  • Students and staff return in person with full time instruction provided in a classroom setting.

Grades 6 - 8

  • Middle School

    • MUSD Prevention Protocols
    • Every student in grades 6-8 will be assigned a dedicated device
    • Student grouping and class schedules structured to support health and safety of students and staff:
      • Grab-and-Go Breakfast and Lunch
      • Nationally recognized Blended Learning Program
      • Elective and Honors Classes
      • Athletics adhere to AIA guidelines
    • Social and emotional instruction and support
    • Services and accommodations will be provided (ie. Gifted and Exceptional Student Services, English Language Learners)
    • Virtual clubs

Grades 9 -12

  • High School

    • MUSD Prevention Protocols
    • Every student in grades 9-12 will be assigned a dedicated device
    • Student grouping and class schedules structured to support health and safety of students and staff:
      • Grab-and-Go Breakfast and Lunch
      • Award-winning programs, Career and technical Education, CAVIT, Fine Arts, Advanced Placement and AP Capstone, Dual Enrollment, Honors Classes
      • Athletics adhere to AIA guidelines
    • Social and emotional instruction and support
    • Services and accomodations will be provided (ie. Gifted and Exceptional Student Services, English Language Learners)
    • Virtual clubs
