Chief Master Sergeant (Retired) Scott Burton
Chief Master Sergeant Scott C. Burton is the AFJROTC Aerospace Science Instructor. Chief Burton entered the military in 1981 and originally served as Engineer Equipment Operator with the United States Marine Corps. He later than joined the Arizona Air National Guard in 1987 as a Security Specialist. Chief Burton was a member of the 161st Security Forces Squadron, Phoenix, Arizona as the Security Forces Manager up until his retirement from the United States Air Force in 2015. Throughout his military career, Chief Burton deployed in support of Operations SOUTHERN WATCH, IRAQI FREEDOM and ENDURING FREEDOM.
Chief Burton was born in Lakewood, Ohio and is a graduate of Scottsdale Chaparral High School. Chief and his wife Doreen, have eight children and 8 grandchildren.
