I've worked in the restaurant industry for over 30 years & held every position imaginable. My last 20 years have been in management and I know what students need to know to work in a restaurant from the inside out. From daily duties to the overall financials to keep their restaurant open, I hope to give students a full understanding of how to be successful in their industry! I am also a ServSafe Food Manager and Proctor.
