ParentVue
*iOS mobile app users: As of September 1, 2023, users are unable to log in to iOS mobile applications. This issue does NOT impact Android devices. ETC has pushed an updated iOS ParentVue application to the App Store to address the issue. Users need to update to version 11.2 or higher.*
MUSD utilizes ParentVue to help parents and guardians stay informed and connected to their child's academic experience. In ParentVue, you can view all of your children enrolled with any MUSD school and see information such as attendance, grades, teacher information, health information (including immunizations), current emergency contacts, as well as links to the lunch menu and InTouch fee payment system. ParentVue is also used for all student registrations, annual student updates, and household/parent information updates (via the Online Registration tab). Every parent/legal guardian is encouraged to have their own account and we encourage you to login at least once per quarter. ParentVue is best accessed via the MUSD ParentVue web-based portal. There are links located at the bottom left of the district homepage and every school homepage. There is also a ParentVue mobile app available for both Apple and Android devices that provides some of the functionality of the web-based portal. To submit registrations and make changes (including password resets), you must use the web-based portal. To update personal or household information (phone number, address, etc), you will need to update your child's registration.
If you are a Pima Butte parent and do not yet have a ParentVue account, please contact the front office to obtain your activation key. If you have not ever had a student enrolled at Pima Butte, but have had a student attend another MUSD school, please contact the front office of the MUSD school at which you most recently had a child attend to obtain your activation key. You will need to provide photo ID. To activate your account, click on Activate Account, accept the privacy statement, enter the information from the activation key (exactly as it appears on the Activation Key), choose your user name and password and click Complete Account Activation when finished.
If you are experiencing problems with your ParentVue account, please call or email the front office team for assistance. Details about the specific error message you're seeing and whether you're using the mobile app or a web browser are helpful in troubleshooting.
If you are unsure of your password, please select the Forgot Password link under the password field. If you enter the wrong password 5 times, your account will be disabled and you will need to contact the front office for assistance. Please note that you must complete password resets using a web browser (not the app).
