Preschool Payment Information - 2026-2027
Tuition is due by the first day of the month. Starting July 20, 2026, online payments can be made at https://az-maricopa.intouchreceipting.com/. You will also have the option to pay with cash or check at Maricopa Unified School District Office- Business department, located at 44150 W. Maricopa Casa Grande Hwy. Maricopa, AZ 85138.
For your convenience, tuition is divided into 10 equal payments of $699.00 (full day) and and $330.00 (half day). If the payment is not received by 3pm on the fifth day of each month your child will be unenrolled from the Maricopa Unified School District Preschool Program.
REFUND POLICY
PLEASE note that NO refunds will be given for unused days, sick days, vacation days, early withdrawal from the program or removal from the program.

NON-PAYMENT OF FEES
MUSD early learning preschool program is a non-profit entity. The funding for the program is completely tuition based. We collect fees in a timely manner to operate this quality program. Preschool services will be terminated if tuition is not paid by 3pm on the 5th day of each month.
Preschool Tuition Payment Instructions
Starting July 20, 2026, to make your payment online, go to https://az-maricopa.intouchreceipting.com/. To login you will use your Parentvue login that you set up to register your preschooler online.
If you are a first time user, you will enter your Parentvue username and create a password. Follow the prompts.
If you are a returning user, you will sign in using your Parentvue username and the password you created during your first visit to Intouch.
If you are having problems with your Parentvue account, you will need to contact the front office at your child’s school for assistance.
ALL other forms of payment, such as cash, checks or money orders MUST be made in person at the District Office- Business Department, located at 44150 W. Maricopa Casa Grande Hwy, Maricopa, 85138. The District Office is open Monday through Friday from 7:30am-4:00pm. Payment will not be accepted at school sites.
