Mrs. Emily Panter
Emily Panter has a B.A. in Spanish and Music from Texas A&M University at Commerce and is SEI endorsed. She has been in the education profession for ten years and has taught Spanish I, II, III, & AP, Financial Literacy, Computers I & II, and Yearbook. She is in her fifth year at MHS as an ELL and Spanish teacher and she is always working to improve the program and advocate for her students. Mrs. Panter is a valuable asset to the MHS Modern Language & ELA Departments due to her specialized language abilities. Mrs. Panter has lived abroad and is fluent in Spanish. She is married and has five children and returned to teaching after being a homemaker. She is very active in her husband’s role as a local minister, and has lead multiple children’s and women’s ministries over the years. This year, she will be serving as Department chair in the Modern Language Department.
