The Second Annual MUSD Celebration of the Arts was nothing short of spectacular! The exclusive event showcased the incredible talent of students from Desert Sunrise, Pima Butte, Santa Rosa, Santa Cruz, Saddleback, and Desert Wind. From visual arts to culinary delights and musical performances, the spotlight was truly on our young artists.
We also took a moment to honor the memory of Margaret Jackson, a beloved former MUSD Art Teacher whose legacy lives on through the inspiration and guidance she provided to countless young artists.
A year of planning and a four-day sprint by our art teachers made all of this possible. Special thanks to our Maintenance team for their meticulous attention to hanging the artwork!
Each participating student walked away with a well-deserved certificate and their artwork will be on display for two years at the District Office. Thank you for joining us and being a part of this special moment.
